Lower half of the property has good deer habitat with brushy overgrown fields that are riddled with wildlife trails and several scrub apple trees. Access to the property is at the end of Doane Road with about an acre of cleared land to park and unload your ATV. Dozens of cleared trails throughout offering easy access. Topography slopes uphill from the entrance on Doane Road and gradually increases the farther you get into the property.
