She is deeply rooted in Rochester, where she lives, invests, and completed her first development project in June 2022. As a lifelong entrepreneur, Damaris is committed to sharing her experiences and knowledge to uplift her community. Her love for animals is also a big part of her life. She is a dedicated animal advocate, former rescuer,foster mom and continues to raise funds for local organizations. Genyssa Torres began her career in housing in 2021 as a rental agent with a property management company. Through hard work, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping others, she quickly advanced to District Manager, overseeing six apartment communities. This hands-on experience deepened her love for the housing industry and inspired her to take the next step—real estate.
In 2022, Genyssa earned her real estate license and fully stepped into the world of buying, selling, and investing. Jessica’s interest in real estate began years ago. In 2019, she and her husband launched their own real estate business, working primarily with investors. Beyond real estate, Jessica is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University at Buffalo in 2010. When she’s not helping clients achieve their homeownership goals, Jessica enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She currently resides in the Greater Rochester area with her husband and their children.
Joseph Simeone is a lifelong Rochester, New York resident and has been in the real estate business since 1976. Maybe he can get into the “60 over 60” realtors award group if they have one!
Joe is a licensed real estate broker since 1978. He has worked in both residential and commercial real estate since he began his career. As a graduate of Saint John Fisher College with a BS in Management, Joe has taught real estate licensing courses and Greater Rochester Association of REALTOR programs for 25 years. Joe managed Century 21 offices for 15 years.
Joe has been a member of the Kiwanis Club of Rochester, NY since 1980 and is the current club president. He is always looking for new members who want to be active in the Rochester community providing much needed services.
Although not athletic, Joe did earn his black belt in Tae Kwon Do! Do you think that should be told to the other realtor before an offer is presented? When not working in real estate or being actively involved in community service, Joseph Simeone spends time with his 2 “kids”, 4 year old Garfield and 3 year old Spooky, the two most adorable and crazy cats!
After buying her first home, Naydaly Ortolaza remembers the feeling of uncertainty. She wasn’t sure what to expect even after extensive research. There was a lot at stake and nothing in life had prepared her for the new journey of home ownership. After speaking to others about their experience she quickly realized that too many people in her community were faced with the same unanswered questions. It was then that Naydaly became determined to learn more about Real Estate and how to serve and empower her community.
Naydaly was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico. Her family relocated to Rochester, NY in the early 1990’s. She has now been a resident of Rochester, NY for 20 + years where she has started her own family. She is a dedicated wife, mother of three children, and a 4-year-old Schnauzer puppy. On her free time she enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family.
For the last 10 years she had owned and operated an in-home family daycare in the City of Rochester; while also attending college to earn her Associate in Arts degree, majoring in Liberal Arts Childhood Education. She was awarded the Start Bright Impact Award in 2013 where she was recognized for her positive impact in Early Childhood Education on the lives of local children and families.
She and her husband have invested in several distressed properties in the City of Rochester. They worked together in renovating these properties and have successfully provided their community with sustainable and affordable housing.

Growing up, Stephany’s father always told her “If you want things done the right way, do them yourself”.
It wasn’t until Stephany and her fiancé were in the process of searching for their first home that Stephany realized, the process would go a lot more smoother if she had knowledge in the field. At first, Stephany was going to school selfishly to learn the process of buying a home and investment properties. After learning all the knowledge, Stephany decided to pursue a career in real estate.
Stephany has over 8 years experience in the customer service industry and caters to her clients needs. In 2015, Stephany went to school for Cosmetology where she learned the basics of connecting with people. Throughout the years, Stephany continued to be a waitress as she enjoys meeting different people. Her expression for meeting new people is, “Every person is a new door to a different world”. In real estate everyone has their own expectations, needs and wants in a house, and Stephany is here to help you find your detailed home.
During Stephany’s free time she enjoys making fashion videos, sitting outside on her laptop with a nice big mug of coffee (she’s addicted to coffee). If she’s out of town she is riding her ATV with her fiancé. Just as much as Stephany enjoys her feminine side, she is not afraid of taking the masculine in her and getting dirty and muddy.
