Lower half of the property has good deer habitat with brushy overgrown fields that are riddled with wildlife trails and several scrub apple trees.  Access to the property is at the end of Doane Road with about an acre of cleared land to park and unload your ATV.  Dozens of cleared trails throughout offering easy access. Topography slopes uphill from the entrance on Doane Road and gradually increases the farther you get into the property.  There is potential for a private home site with sweeping valley views or build your camp in the woods hidden away. As you enter into the hardwood trees halfway up the hill there are several old switchback logging roads and one that goes all the way to the top of the hill.  This property reaches up to 1880 feet of elevation at the very top where you will find an area that is level and dotted with some mature red oaks and other hardwoods.  The lower portion of the property has some areas that would make a suitable spot for a spring-fed pond.  The property's hillside has a westerly facing slope where you can enjoy the sunsets.  Borders Cinnamon Lake State Forest in the far back corner for direct access to an additional 1,195 acres of public lands.
