This property offers plenty of space to hunt and ride ATVs. There is a trout stream that runs down the edge of the property offering an area to fish and duck hunt. The owner built a 1 acre duck pond near the back of the property to attract and hold ducks. There are approximately 40 acres of woodlands with a mix of pine and hardwoods.
